I read in the local paper that a local hotel (Lancaster, Pa) supplies a pad and pencils in the room for the guests, and they are encouraged to create a doodle. It allows them to let loose and be creative. The hotel has a scrapbook of some of the best art and features an artist of the week.
I think something like this would be a good idea at a Disney resort, especially the new art of animation resort.

I don't know if they still do or not, been a few years since I stayed there, but they used to do it at SSR at the Artists Pallete eatery. They had sketch/doodle pads on some of the tables to keep the youngsters entertained, and quite a few of the masterpieces would be up for display around the eatery.
