Joined just cause I need revenge from winning the football regular season but losing in the championship game

So just looking real quick, we pick drivers from the A, B, and C groups and they can only be picked 9 times all year correct? Anything else I'm missing? What are these segments as well???

I thought it was 9 times per segment, but that doesn't sound right either, I've done this enough times I should know

It is nine for the year.
They just started the segment thing last year I think. Doesn't mean anything as far as we are concerned.
