Podcast help?

I'd love to listen to the Disney podcasts on my computer, but as someone who is almost computer illiterate.... how do I do this? What do I need? Help!

I am assuming that you do not have an iPod or similar device. The simplest thing for you to do would be to download iTunes onto your computer. And you can listen to the podcasts through that.

Actually, the easiest way is probably to just go to the INTERCOT Insider Live page and you can play them directly from the web that way.
