off property suite or time share recommendation for a friend

Hello all! I'm trying to help out a friend who wants to go to disney/orlando in mid-late January for a few weeks and they are looking for a less expensive off property option. Something with a kitchen or kitchenette preferably and a suite or bedroom. Any reasonably priced recommendations?

Try World Quest, Blue Heron, they have kitchens. Mike Ditka resort is very nice too.

We stayed at the Marriott Royal Palms last May. It was very close to Disney, and was very nice. These are two bedroom villas, but they have other properties there that offer different size villas. FYI, if you sign up for the free Marriott rewards program, you can get special rates when you click "Deals for this hotel."
