Does anyone know how much longer Jessie from Toy Story will be out for meet and greets? Is there anywhere to meet Bullseye?

jessie should be out for a while, her and woody meet daily by splash mountain. and the only way i know to meet bullseye is during the special events like the halloween party

i do remember reading online he was there last year, but knowing disney it's possible he may not be.
