 AKL check in story
Checked into AKL Kidani village on sunday, had requested 3 rooms near ech other so my family could be together. Due to training new employees my res was messed up twice and resulted in my family spending much of our first day waiting around. Then magically they gave us a grand villa savanah overlook, 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 levels, 4 tvs, 2 living rooms, 3 balconies. They added enough counter service so we all had an extra one per day for bfast and gave us 8 free passes to the parks. Hows that for being taken care of!

And just to make clear we were very pleasant as was Disney staff. No "complaining" occurred. I am really just amazed at how well they treated us.
