Default Snow White's Scary Adventures New Effects

I was just reading about the new effects on Snow White. Has anyone ridden recently?

I was not aware of any recent changes. I'll have to check it out this Wednesday (if my kids will go for it...they don't like that ride).

I can't blame them! Apparently the old hag transformation scene and the ending have some cool new effects.

Wednesday seems to be a very popular day to go to the resort.

    Thanks for the report, PPP!

Snow White creeps me out! DD rode this at 14 mo and was like "whatever", now at 2, it scares her. Maybe I will check it out when we are there on Friday.

Wednesday is THE day to go to DLR!

Mel - The transformation into the old hag seems much improved. As does the finale with the thunderstorm / lightening effects. It could just be me too but the floating logs that she believes are alligators looked scarier as did the trees that come to life.

    Boo!

Heck yeah, it is! It's the only day where you don't get people "extending" into the weekend. Fridays and Mondays are the WORST! Tuesday and Thursday are not far behind, crowd wise.

I'm not so sure I'll get back on Wednesday. I just got back from DCA and it was 100 degrees! Supposed to be even hotter on Wed. Might stay home in the pool.

Yeah. I may go this Wednesday but only to renew our passes!

Mel - I didn't ride Snow White today but had a most excellent day at the resort. I love Disneyland!

In the period of three hours I went on BTMRR, SM, Matterhorn, Screamin'. Plus took pics of the things that I wanted to. Checked out the new walkway to ToT from BL. Only thing I didn't like about that is that it was a dead end from HPB. Currently only way to get to ToT is thru BL.

Oh and the most important thing is that I renewed our passes for another year!

Sorry to say we didn't make it to DL today. It was just too hot. We were in the pool all afternoon. I am now aiming for Sunday when the heat wave should be less.

It was HOT today....agreed. But on a positive side lots of guests stayed away due to that.

This is, LITERALLY, a brand new closure. I was there two days ago (Monday) and my son and I walked over to ToT from HPB. It was totally open then. So, is Aladdin done then (there was still a show on Monday)? Are they starting work on that area regarding the "new" look and the street car installation?

    Us too! Pool day!!!

I'd like to go Sunday morning for a couple hours. It's supposed to be downright cold (relatively) by then...

You could get to the Hyperion thru BL. There was no signage that it was a "Dead" end. LOL.

My thinking exactly.... Sunday is supposed to be a lot cooler.

Wave hi, if you see a red scooter with me holding a bear and a girl with a long braid sorta sitting on my lap.
