How far in advance can you make reservations at WDW?

I am already beginning to lay the groundwork for a future trip and am looking for some solid advice on how far in advance you can make room reservations on property?

Are you able to book earlier than that if you go through a travel agency, such as Magical Journeys?

You can make room only reservations 500 days in advance, and can start booking packages for the next year in August, as that is when Disney will release the rates.

You can't book any sooner using Magical Journeys, but I highly recommend them, as they will give you tons of advice and help ensure that you're getting the best value possible for the trip that you want.

Thanks for the info! We have not normally booked more than 6 months out, but I want to be all over the next one from as far out as I possibly can.
