Wow, lots of Ohana and Cape May people here! To tell you the honest truth, I've never eaten at a resort restaurant aside from food courts.

Ohana's was by far my favorite resaurant. Not only are their revised menus (lo mein noodles with pineapple bread). The food is excellent, and the atmosphere offers the best experience.

1900 Park Faire is really great. Especially for breakfast. It has really good food and great character interaction.

Chef Mickey's comes in a close second.

Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom Lodge was awesome... I love Kona Cafe for breakfast... Boma at Animal Kingdom is very tasty too...

BRODIE: Hey, now, be fair. EVERYONE wants Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

    Cool

The Grand Floridian Cafe is a very good dining choice, great service and great food!
We like to go to 'Ohanas also, not every trip mind you, but one we have gone to multiple times.

Kona Kafe at the Poly This is a must-do for me whenever I visit WDW.

    Ohana's is a close 2nd for me.

Ohona's!!!! at the polynesion is amazing. they have unlimited pork, turkey, steak, shrimp, and pineapple break that they literally cram down your throat. then they have a banana bread pudding desert with ice cream that ties everything together. That along with the fact there is entertainment going on the whole time really makes an amazing atmosphere.

Default Resort Table Service Best Choices

My favorites: 'Ohana (Dinner...lots of meat and enetertainment for kids) at the Polynesian Resort.
1900 Park Fare (breakfast), great food, lots of variety, and the only character event that has Alice, the Mad Hatter, Pooh, Tigger, and Mary Poppins.

And...God help me...all kids like Chef Mickey's in the Contemporary Resort for breakfast or dinner. It is loud, rambunctous, and all kids love it and will remember it for a long time. It's Disney...you're gonna have to take one for the team.

Try Earl's Sandwich at Downtown Disney. The prices were very reasonable, and it is a fast, good alternative to most of the downtown disney restaurants. Besides, the wait staff is very friendly and incorporates the "Disney" way of working.

Up until now, I would have agreed with posters on Cape May Cafe, Boma's, Ohana's. All still way up there on my list- but we have a new champion in Sanaa. Ate there a few weeks ago and loved it so much canceled a dinner plan later that week to eat there again! The flavoring was spectacular, the decor was warm and inviting, and seeing zebra and giraffe from you table is pretty cool. Heck, even the bathrooms were gorgeous!

You must get the Chai cream for dessert- I still have dreams about it.
