Your kids are prime age for Whispering Canyon at WL.

My kids 7,5,1 pick Ohana's as their favorite.

Great suggestion. The only character meal we have not had was at 1900 at the GF. We wanted something different but something the kids would enjoy as well.

O'hanas is a family favorite. I love their potatoes. Also, don't forget Downtown Disney. Raglan Road is my absolute favorite restaurant. Their rib appetizer is great and their Shepard's Pie and Pie in the sky are amazing. Their bread pudding dessert is delicious. We also enjoy Portobello Yacht Club.

I'll add myself to the long list of Ohana's fans, we go there everytime we go to Disney. Also the Whispering Canyon Cafe, has a fun atmosphere and good food, plus the WL is a neat resort to explore

Our family has done 1900 Park Fair for dinner 2x. It's ok, if you try it once but I wouldn't do it again. the food had gone down hill. However, I do recommend Cape May as well..but for breakfast..If you are looking for a quiet breakfast, this is the place. it's a character breakfast and it doens't get overly crowded.

We are more the resort eating family than inside the parks....we love Olivia's (OKW), Cape May (B&Y), Flying Fish (BW), Kona Cafe (Poly), Chef Mickey's (Cont), Grand Floridian Cafe (GF), Wispering Canyon (WL)...we also enjoy Rainforest Cafe at Downtown Disney.

    Have fun!!!

Ohana's is the best. See if you can get in around fireworks time or just before so you can watch them from the beach afterwards. The food is real good as well!!

I love all of your suggestions! Our favourite still is the California Grill at the Contemporary- we dream about the oak fired filet of beef. And the special MK fireworks viewing platform with the music piped in is a huge hit with kids and parents alike!

We enjoyed Boatwright's for breakfast, but that has been discontinued there. Ohana's is very good for dinner and we like the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe. The Thanksgiving dinner we had at Shutters was just okay.

Just booked Ohana and Cape May today. We will also do the Hoop de doo revue, which seems like it should be fun.

Boma is outstanding. Our family of four has one meat-eater (DH) and the other three of us are vegetarians (myself, DS & DD). All three of us found plenty to eat & it was delicious. I just asked DS 7 if he wanted to eat there again and he shouted YES! before I could even finish the question. Enjoy!

Whispering Canyon at WL is alot of fun. CM's are very vocal and interactive just don't ask for the ketchup unless you want 12 bottles delivered right to your table....

Is the Clam Bake Buffet just for dinner or can you have it for lunch as well?

    God, I love Disney!!!

I love Artist Point the most, but seeing that you've been to Wilderness Lodge, i'm guessing you've already been there and Whispering Canyon. Therefore, I will also suggest Boma if you haven't tried it. The food is exceptional, and the AKL a must visit, especially with kids.
