Where is the Canada meet area?

A few threads have mentioned meets in Canada? Where is this area?
I'm having trouble visuallizing an area with enough space for multiple characters - its always quite crowded in the Canada areas . . .
Are you talking of the walkway space near the old Millineum Village?

We've only seen characters out in front along the main walkway near the entrance to Le Cellier / Victoria Garden.

Unfortunately the Brother Bear characters are no longer out in Canada (or out anywhere, in fact).
