Does anyone know if you can just go and see the characters there, or do you have to sit through the movie/show first? Last time we were there, we tried to go where the characters were and this lady was "guarding" the entrance/exit. We didn't ask her, instead we just opted not to go at all. In a previous time we were there we sat through the movie/show and then saw the characters(The Incredibles). Is Bolt still there now, or is it just Up and Incredibles now?

Hey, Now you can bypass the show at the beginign and go straight to the characters. BOLT is no longer there it is Carl, Russel, and Dug from "UP" Mr and Mrs Incredible, Frozone, and Sorcerer Mickey. Have fun!

It's always been possible to bypass the show, and go straight to the characters. However, in the past, you could go through the exit of the art shop and go to the characters that way. But now, things are different. There are 2 lines at the entrance. One line goes to see the show, the other one goes right to the characters (so it is no longer possible to go through the art shop to see the characters).

We saw this last week and thought it was strange. Maybe it's just not common knowledge that you can enter the Art Store & come in through there to get to the Animation Academy & characters. And yes, you still can go through the Art Store, us & others did it.

Us too, we always go through the store to see the characters. Many people have no clue the characters are even there

They have been putting CM's there to watch the path through the art store, but not always.

i usually go through the store, but i do like seeing the video sometimes, but it doesn't change enough. maybe i'll go see it my next trip
