Jungle Cruise question

I dont know if its been mentioned or asked before, but what happened to Chief Name' on the Jungle Cruise? I just got home from a week at the world, and rode the Jungle Cruise on several different days. Not once was Chief Name' mentioned. They did mention "Trader Sam", but not the Chief. Any idea what happened?

There is a new script and the shrunken head salesman was renamed to match the seller in Disneyland.

Wow! I wonder when the changes were made. Thanks for your answer. I was wondering the same thing.

I personally was not a fan of the new script when we were there in January. It didn't seem to have the same "punch" as the old one.

A lot of the more popular gags didn't change, but the ones that did seem to be worse (if that is possible...)
