PittFan's Trip Report ... so far

DAY 1 : Monday Oct 12th

Caught the first flight out of Pittsburgh on Southwest ( our fav airline) and after a bit of turbulence we arrived @ MCO 10 min early !!!
Caught ME to the POP and we were amazed that our room was ready !!! Got my Birthday pin to wear and headed out to MK.

MK : NO lines whatsoever !!!! We literally walked onto POTC, COP, TTA & Buzz. We had a 2 minute wait to get seated in our Doom Buggy at HM & a 5 minute wait for Snow White.

Headed to EPCOT on our way to the Beach Club for our ADR @ Cape May. Once again, walk on's at EPCOT , literally. We walked right on to Test Track , we didn't even have to stop in the room to watch the short video ... right into the car !!! Next we decided to try our luck with Soarin'. Once again, we walked all the way through the queue and only stopped to watch Puddy ( or Patrick) tell us to stow our ears under our seat. Before we knew it we were Soarin'.

Walked through WS and headed out the International Gateway to the Beach Club. Had a 5:45 ADR for Cape May and we got seated at 5:30 ... as soon as they opened. This was our first time eating here and it won't be our last !!! Everybody Loved it !!!!!

Decided to spend the rest of the evening @ EPCOT ... until everyone from MK headed there due to the park closing at 7 for MNSSHP that evening. We decided to head back to the POP and do some swimming in the Bowling Pin Pool. Couldn't ask for a better arrival ... just so happy we're finally here !!!!

What a great arrival - EARLY!

The non-existent crowds are a shocker - and a very pleasant surprise for you, I bet! Glad your Cape May dining experience was a good one, and you're enjoying yourself. Thanks for sharing with us while you're there!

Boy, you are lucky! We got to Epcot on Monday just after 5 and we even had to wait for SE. And Sunday night at MK was INSANE!! Should've waited until Monday. Congrats! And enjoy the rest of your trip!

What a great first day!! No lines...a real treat. We'll be eating b'fast at Cape May for our trip next month...a first for us. Looking forward to hearing more. Thanks for sharing.

I couldn't believe you walked on to everything! Even Soarin'!!! That is unheard of in the times of year we visit. How fantastic is that? A terrific start!
