I am going to mail a box to CSR tomorrow. I cannot remember exactly what I needed to do last time. Can anyone refresh my memory?

We FedEx 3-day air approximately 20 pounds worth of non-perishable breakfast foods & snacks, toiletries and miscellaneous items down each trip. We then use the box sent down to ship back anything that won't fit in our suitcases (usually shoes & laundry). Works really well for us.
Remember that if you do not use FedEx or UPS, the box will go to a mail clearing house first, so it will take a few extra days to get to your resort.
As I have a really good corporate FedEx shipping rate through work, I would not be able to answer questions about standard shipping rates - our box cost $11.39 3-day air so it was totally worth it for us.

Since Coronado Springs resort is a conference center resort, you might want to check with them to see if they charge a storage fee for boxes received ahead of arrival. I understand some resorts (particularly those with conference centers) do charge such a fee.
