Having eaten at all these spots, I can attest to one thing only... Each one is unique and always better than "typical buffets" one might find in their own hometown. That being said, I do have a few which are dear to me and the family: Chef Mickey's, though a bit loud, is really "kid friendly" in both atmosphere and offerings. 1900 Park Fair has sometimes gotten a bad rap as it's themeing is not as "complete" as, say, Crystal Palace. But, to be sure, it offers "above average" food. Boma is a personal fave. You can find "buffet items", but it has the most oblique line-up of all buffets. Actually, to call it a buffet is a misnomer. It is an experience unto itself... and to have the animals to view before (or after) just makes it all the more enjoyable.

We had the breakfast buffet at Tusker House on our last trip and absolutely loved it. Plus who can beat chatting with Mickey, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy over a few Mickey Waffles?

Boma is one of our favorites, as is Crystal Palace (more for the location rather than the food). We are looking forward to trying Tusker House is January though. From all I've read, i think there may be a new favorite on the list.
