Anyone out there who is planning a disney vacation really should use MJ. Kathy went out of her way to find our family the best deals all year long!

We not only saved $, but we got a lot more than we bargained for!! So, thank you Kathy!!

This is my first post! We are using MJ for the first time and Kathy has given us exceptional service! We feel we have no worries and look forward to our Nov/Dec trip....

Survey says.... Kathy!! Why that's The #1 Answer... DW and I love talking with Kathy. She is extremely professional and very friendly. She checks on anything we need, and when possible gets back to us in little to no wait. Part of our trip includes the booking process with her. It would not be the same without her. We should be talking with her this comming Friday to plan our Feb 2010 trip. So excited. Also, she is very concerned about getting the best deal for you, and that my friends is not something seen much these days. So Kathy, Thank you.

Kathy has been GREAT! I have been working with her for almost 2 years for our upcoming January trip. I think I've had her check on every resort since we've been talking! I really couldn't do it without her.

We LOVE Kathy! She is so wonderful to talk to thru email and on the phone. She is genuinely interested in your family and your trips and it really shows in the way she helps all of her clients. Could I do it all myself? Yes. Do I want to? Definately not. They look for and apply any discounts that may come out regarding you trip without any trouble.

She helped us plan our DS's trip this past March and arranged everything when the pirate rooms became avaliable without any reminder from us at all, and she got us the b4g3 deal that came out. And she emailed us when we got back to see how the trip went.

She even sent me an email about the new b4g3 even though we didn't have a trip planned and really got me to thinking about going anyway. DH told me last night we can go just the two of us!!!

Thank you MJ! Thank you Kathy!

And Miss Wendy is awfully nice too

I totally agree! I have e-mailed her with changes from everything to splitting my stay, to changing dining plans, and changing resorts. She is so helpful and so nice, even when my newest change occurs on a weekend! We mostly communicate over e-mail and in the past year and a half she's gone from my travel agent to someone I consider a friend. When we do talk on the phone she is so pleasant and we always end up discussing things other than what I originally needed. She's given some great dining advice! I'm sure I could do it myself but I just enjoy working with Kathy and she makes it so much easier!

Kathy does rock my girlfriend and I have used her twice and when she found a better deal(saving us money) she called and let us know before she did it. Kathy is the disney super hero in mind but she does rocks.

I totally agree Kathy is #1 in our book. this is the second year we have used MJ and Kathy has once again gone over and beyond to get us great deals with our wacky situation, Myself and my 2 DDs are Fl residents and DBF is not so it makes it kind of hard to book packages. Kathy has Done wonders for us especially this year she has really wowed us. She is truly amazing and last years trip she requested pics before we even left. She really is Top notch. Thank you so much Kathy and thank you So much Magical Journeys.

I went to MJ for a trip quote yesterday (Sunday). Kathy responded to my trip quote request in the quickest time ever with a quote... wow.

Although I am not ready to book, I will go to Kathy when I am. I usually book on my own, who knows what discounts I may have missed out on by doing so.
