What's included at Castaway Cay?

What activities at Castaway Cay are included(free with cruise fare) and what activities cost extra?
I'm assuming that things such as para-sailing and jet-ski tours cost extra, but what about snorkeling, bike riding, etc.?

sitting on a lounge chair
sitting on a hammock
swimming in the ocean
snorkeling with your own equipment
lunch and self serve drinks
kids club activities
tram ride to/from the boat
games by the family area

Extra:
inner tubes
using their snorkeling equipment
bikes
all excursions offered
any drinks from the bar (alcoholic & smoothies)
gift shop
cabana massages
boats

You will love CC. When we went we didnt pay for any of the extras except for DH and my youngest rented the BIG water trike to ride for a half an hour. the little one loved it but DH said it was a lot of work to peddle it in the ocean.

I just went through the entire shore excurison section for Castaway Cay. All prices and extra activities are listed. Bikes are $6 for an hour.

At the bottom of the page is a section regarding POD casts. It is great. There are videos on everything you can think of, including CC.
