Online venting

I just wanted y'all to know that I had such a difficult time getting online yesterday morning. I was on before 6am, couldn't get through for almost 15 minutes just trying to log in. Then I couldn't figure out the CP package, then I couldn't figure out what to do next. So I just gave up, figured I should call at 7am. I did, thinking I would be on hold for eternity, I settled into a chair and proceeded to wait....mind you, I am now at work and could catch "heck" at anytime for not being at my desk. Well, two seconds after getting through the entire prompting session, I had a REAL LIVE PERSON.....no wait. WOWOW....So, I booked what I wanted with her and all was well!

Long live talking to a real person to book my ressies!!

Okay, I'm done venting!!

I'll be booking our ADRs this weekend, and I'm wondering if I should just call...I need a CP ressie, as well.

I might try online, then call when that doesn't work

I had trouble with the online ADRs, but that was just because I didn't have my resort confirmation number (I had booked through Southwest Airlines). It would only let me book the first day of my trip, so I did end up having to call.

It could be that you just had bad luck with some computer glitch that day. Seems to always happen to me when it's crunch time at work!

You probably should call first thing since I really wanted LeCellier for my CP package, but was unable to do so...we ended up with our second choice, Coral Reef.

On a side note, this will be my VERY FIRST trip without a LeCellier dinner. What am I to do?

You cannot book a CP on line...just as the dessert package you need to talk to a live person. SMILE...my date is coming up September 21...I'll be dialing at 6:58am
