I don't know the exact time, but it's between 7-7:30pm.

And no, they are not out in their Halloween costumes before the party starts.

Lines are very long for these two. Each one is at their own house in Toon Town. Minnie's line was almost an hour last year, so we skipped it. Mickey's was about 30 minutes. We waited in that one.

You might want to do that right at the start of the party. We waited until the middle or so, so that might have been the problem.

They also had Cinderella's coach out near the Peter Pan ride. We did that first thing, and were about 15th in line. BUT, people moved sooooo slowly...still took about 20 minutes. Made some great photos, though.

Try not to miss Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs. They are near the Pooh playground. Line gets pretty long. We lucked out and only waited 15 minutes or so. That one actually started a little before 7:00....maybe to thin the crowd out a bit.

...In addition to appearing at their respective houses during the party, Mickey and Minnie can be seen riding a float during the Boo To You parade. They are just so fantastic!

When I went last back in 2004, Donald was a pumpkin, Minnie had a Venetian mask, Goofy was a pirate, and Mickey was a scarecrow. Also, the Kingdom Hearts Sora character (plus Donald and Goofy in their KH outfits) were out in Tomorrowland - do they still make appearances for the party?

It'd be nice to get some different looks! (here's hoping!!)

you would think with all the new released of the games they would put sora out from time to time to help promote it. especially since the new one is released on tuesday the 29th. guess not. i would love to see sora, would make me so happy

Donald is in his pumpkin costume for the dance party in Fantasyland. Goofy, is in costume for the dance party in Tomorrowland.

Last year we took photos with Mickey and Minnie together in their Halloween costumes near the Town Square Exposition Hall. They were so cute! We also got a picture with Goofy in his Goofy's Candy Company outfit. There were hardly any guests around, and the Photopass CMs told us we were very lucky to happen upon this. It was shortly before Hallowishes.
