We arrive in WDW in 6 days. My wife, who is in recovery now 3 years clean, is looking to attend an NA or AA meeting while we're there. Does anyone know where and what time one is occuring? Thanks
Sao Feng... He's alot like me, absent my merciful nature and sense of fair play.
I'm sorry that I don't have any personal information/guidance for you, but there is a fabulous book called "Passporter's Open Mouse for WDW". It has a ton of information on how to navigate the World with all kinds of special needs, including Recovery.
In that book, it says that there are AA meetings at 3pm daily (and also at 10pm on Sundays) held at the Hotel Royal Plaza at DTD. It also says that there are meetings on Wednesdays at 8am at the Community Presbyterian Church in Celebration.
It also says that there are meetings for recovering narcotic addictions in the area, but does not give specifics. It does guide the reader to the NA website for additional information.
Congratulations to you both on 3 years, and I hope you have a fabulous holiday!
