    Default VIP tour?

    Has anyone here used this?

I know it's expensive & a over the top splurge.

I've also read they have a Premium version of it.

I'm considering it for our next trip for a few reasons. One being DD will be 16 next year, DS will be 13 -- so both milestone type birthdays (my other DS will be 10 which is also a somewhat milestone but not as much - a negative milestone for Disney ). My DD had surgery this year the day before her birthday and literally doesn't even remember her birthday from this year. We told her since basically 15th birthday was non-existant, we would make up for it for the 16th.

We also don't really plan on going back to Disney for a long time after this one & when we do, I know DD will be an adult at that point (my old DS probably will be too considering it's been 5 years since our last trip!).

I thought it would be something fun to splurge on but not a whole lot of information. I've read a few things here and there but always looking for more insight. I may have to be the guinea pig to share with everyone else. Last time we went on the Premium plan and it was brand-new...most people didn't even know it existed! I even had CM's want to see my brochure since they hadn't seen it yet.

Here is a suggestion - if the VIP Pass is not worth the extra expense try upgrading which resort you stay in, plan special birthday - days or nights for each child, favorite restaurant, favorite thing to do at WDW and splurge on them in your own special way. Do the Segway Tour, rent a watercraft. I think there are so many special things to do there that could be more enjoyable than the VIP Pass.

Personally, I've never thought the price is worth what you get for it. I'd use the money to make the trip special in other ways - stay concierge level - book a fireworks cruise - book a spa treatment for your daughter.
