Verizon & Disney?

Has anyone heard of some partnership between Disney & Verizon. I read something about them having a feature on verizon that when you are in the parks you can get show times & other park info from your Verizon phone. Does anyone have the full scoop?

Just read this story in the Orlando Sentinel about an iphone WDW app. The article referred to the mystery Disney-Verizon Wireless partnership for WDW app. The paper still seems to be under the impression that the verizon app is still on.

Disney sometimes moves at a glacial rate. I remember test playing the Kim Possible interactive adventure with my kids 2 years old. They just recently released the live game to guests. My guess is Disney is making double sure that they have all the bugs worked out and that is what is delaying the roll out.

Thanks! All the other info on this was dated 2008. I was wondering if it was a dropped project. Now, I am hoping that it will be a reality by September
