So, this is for parties of 3 or more? I didn't see any options for parties of two.

I like the idea but wonder what happens when you pick up your food and have to search for a place to sit, with a table, in order to eat.

I see the list of spots.....but there's no guarantee that you'll find a seat or enough seats for your group. And who wants to cart around food all over the place?

Maybe they need to rope off sections for people who choose to "Picnic in the Park"????

This is an interesting new meal offering. I kinda like it. Especially since it's Tusker House, which we've always enjoyed. However, I agree that wandering thru the park looking for a table doesn't sound appealing. I can imagine a large crowd of people around the pickup area all looking for places to sit and eat.
Everybody else is thinking it, I'm just saying it. - Mr Gibbs

    I don't get it.....

selling picnic lunches in a park?

Anybody else think this is a bad sign of things to come?

I like that they are adding something....but this just reminds me of how limited the options in animal kingdom are....

And since it's "Nahtazu"....i.e. they don't have many accessible animal habitats.....what exactly are we looking at during our picnic lunch in the florida heat?

    (i know....i'm a downer....but something seems a little....off...with this one too)

    1) Absolutely.
    2) After all,
. . . how do they know who is eating the food, kid or adult
    . . . how do you downsize a sandwiche or a chicken

    4) Two people take as many tables as three or four people
    5) Plus, it is more economical to serve three or four than two.
    6) Business is business.

I think it's a nice option to have if you want to eat outdoors and avoid the CS lines. We always eat outside in Africa to watch the performers, no matter what the weather is like. As for value/food quality, I will obviously have to wait to try it before I can offer an opinion. I really like the idea of getting it to bring back to the hotel, especially if you're not crazy about the lunch/dinner options available.
