How many days

I have been to DW many times, but have not been to DisneyLand in about 20 years. So now I am thinking of taking the plunge and heading back out to CA...

Is 4 days enough? Too much? It will be myself
(38) and a 12 yr old nephew....

I would also like to do Universal Studios Cali,...is one day enough for that...

So is 5-6 days enough for Disney/Universal?

That is more than enough time. The great part about the DLR is you can walk between the parks in 200 yards ... so you can split your day up between them, or do 1 day in each and spend 1/2 day in each on a 3rd day. 5-6 days is plenty, you won't be rushed and you'll have time to swim at the hotel, hit the beach or do something else totally cool and SoCal!

It's a great start to your plan!
