Default Will an air mattress fit at POR

We are leaving March 3 and would like to take an air mattress with us. There are 5 of us and we would like to take the mattress rather than make one of the kids sleep in the floor. My kids are all over 12 so they will not all fit in the second bed. Will an air mattress fit on the floor at POR? We will stand it up during the day so we won't have to worry about maneuvering around it.

I am sure if they know you have three children over the age of 3 you will be assigned a trundle bed room at POR...it's the only moderate hotel that would allow 5 in a room (unless you have a suite --- maybe at Corondo)...

I've never stayed at POR, but I did use an air mattress at Pop. I would guess that if it fits at Pop, it will fit anywhere.

There is room enough for the trundle to be pulled out by the door so I would say that a twin mattress would also fit...

As previously mentioned, with 5 in the room, you'll automatically get a trundle bed room. No need to worry about someone sleeping on the floor and the trundle slides conveniently away when not in use .

We had room to pull the trundle out AND use an air mattress. We had to be pretty careful walking to the bathroom, mind you... ;-) (my 16 year old slept on the trundle and my 10 year old on the air mattress. only four of us, but the girls will not sleep with anyone else).

We used an air mattress at POFQ without trouble. Since POR and POFQ have the same size rooms, it should fit.

We also deflated the mattress everyday to give us extra manoeuvre room. It was easy since we found a really small, rechargeable and very powerful pump that inflates an air mattress in about a minute.
Officially too many trips to list here!

Thank you all for your answers. I guess we need to take back our queen size one and buy a twin. I thought we bought the twin but after looking at it. It's a queen.

Oh yeah, a queen would definitely be too big, especially if you will be using the trundle bed as well. A twin is tricky if anyone has to get up in the middle of the night, but my kids don't like to share either and we always travel with our air mattress.

...yep as stated several times before, use the twin on the trundle and you'll be fine.....however, the trundle alone should be just fine, wihout having to pack the air mattress..

I just got back from POP and the only way I could think of to get an air mattress to fit would be to move the table and chairs. I am curious how the OP did it.
