Question Weather: First week of April

    Hello Everyone,

My family and I are planning our 3rd trip to Disney World. We need some help. We have gone the first weeks in May and June but this time we're thinking first week in April. My question to you is...Does anyone know what the weather is like this time of year? I looked it up and see that its 78 on average. But has anyone been there that week that can tell me their experience? Thanks for the help.

April's weather in Florida is usually outstanding. Not too hot, not too cool at night. Lots of sunshine...

    Great month to visit!

The weather was great when we were there 2 years ago the first week of April. Warm enough to swim, but not too hot. However, Florida always has a chance to get a humid day, which can make it feel much more uncomfortable. At night, it was beautiful. If you want to be safe, bring a light sweater/sweatshirt, but you probably won't need it. ENJOY....we will be there the same time this year also.

I suggest you check the historic weather conditions in Info Central. You can see the exact conditions on the dates you're considering for the last 5 years which helps a lot more than the "averages."

We went the last week of March in 2006. It was unseasonably cool when we arrived on Friday. Sat. night it was 45 degrees during Spectromagic. By Mon. it was 75. By Thur. it was in the upper eighties when we went to BB.
