While I will agree with Joanna that Pete does not meet at the park. I do have some news regarding Pete.

For all of those people that I have asked over the years and have said Pete doesn't have a costume. I found a picture of it.

It is from Mickey Mouse Diamond Jubilee on ice. It really pays to go to the Disney on ice shows, to not only see entertainment, but see characters that don't meet at the parks.
