Default Does Jerblue ever drop prices?

Does anyone know if Jetblue ever drops their prices if it is close to a travel date and the flights are not full?

For my Feb trip I was looking at a flight and the price is outrageous. I was wondering if the price would go down as it got closer to then.

P.S...I already have a booked flight for my trip but was looking for a later flight home on Jetblue to max out my Disney time...but only if the price was worth it.

I have had the same problem with Feb.....it can be as high as $300 for one person one way.

I have checked prices the day they come out for Feb and all the way up to a few days before and it never changed.

If you already have flights, it can't hurt to keep checking, you never know.

Just an FYI---I wanted to change my flight next week from JFK to Newark...it now costs $100 per person for a change, not a flat $25 anymore. I told JetBlue, that the ticket didn't even cost $100 and they said the change would be $50.

Are you flying during winter break week - President's week? If so, it is very unlikely the price will come down and most likely it will go up as you get closer. If you are flying another week in February in the NYC metro area that is another story.

I will be there Pres week. I am flying into Islip on my way home since I live about 20 mins from there. Flying home on a Sat (can't change it). Last flight into Islip (direct) leaves MCO at 5:30pm. I saw a Jetblue flight that leaves MCO at 8:55 pm.

If the price was good I was going to switch to that so I can get more Disney time. That flight is $399 per person...the cost is not worth the extra 3 hours at WDW...plus I would also have to fly into JFK and take care service home. So for an extra 3 hours at the world it would cost me $1322...compared to the $552 it is costing me now to fly into my local airport...so is 3 hours at DIsney worth it? I love Disney but not for that price. lol
