Time ticket windows open?

Does anyone know what time the ticket windows open? Is it the same time that the park opens? I wouldn't think so, but couldn't find the information on the Disneyland website. We're going tomorrow and I'd like to get grandma's ticket early so she doesn't have to wait.

The ticket lines open at least 1 hour prior to the Parks. If you are staying at one of the hotels of the DLR you can get the ticket at check-in or from Guest Services -- you can also get tickets from most Good Neighbor hotels right at their check-in counter as well. Honestly, the ticket lines aren't really busy right before opening, so if you get there an extra 30 minutes before you will sail throught the ticket line -- or why not use the E-ticket option and buy your multi-day tickets online and you can just get your ticket right at the turn stiles when everyone else is going through ... it's great, simple and if you pre-purchase many tickets are less expensive if you prepay.
