I thought I knew what I was doing. The first day of our vacation is May 14th, 2009. I had thought that 180 days out was November 15th, 2008 but the Intercot ADR calendar is telling me I can't make them until November 16th. Not a HUGE difference, but you never know.

THEN, of course, we can't actually make ADRs during that period except for Chef Mickey (and some others, but CM is really the only one I'm worried about). Can I call on my 180+10 days out for CM if it is within the +10 portion or should I just call 180 days out from the actual CM ADR choice? Is this making sense? We didn't get there last trip and we really don't want to miss it. This whole ADR thing is very new to us as we usually call when we get to Florida. We thought we'd try something different this time.

Anyway, any help you guys can give me I'd appreciate. Sorry its very confusing!!!

I calculated it to be Novemeber 15th as well. I would call on 11/15 to make your CM ADRs. If they won't allow you they will tell you. Believe me, I tried trying to make ADRs for 1/22 a day early but they said the system wouldn't allow it because I didn't have a reservation yet since the 2009 packages weren't available yet. Actually, I put May 14, 2009 into the INTERCOT ADR calendar and got November 15, 2008.

If you happened to type in 05/14/08 as the first day of your vacation by mistake, it would give you November 16, 2007.

The INTERCOT ADR Planner uses calculations based off an actual calender, so it should always be spot on.

The "+10" is not available during the reservation window freeze. For those locations exempt from the freeze, you will need to call 180 days in advance of the date you wish to book.
