So we've used DME during all of our other trips so we're pretty familiar with their processes. But we've always arrived early morning/afternoon and stayed at the same resort the entire trip. This one will be different & on top of that, our DME tags are different.
Our flight arrives around 9pm this trip and know our luggage doesn't arrive with us at our hotel. But will they actually deliver our luggage at midnight or so, or what? Our luggage tags have our names, resort name, DVC & "HOLD". What does the hold mean on the tags. We are changing resorts the next day, so are they planning to hold our luggage in storage until the next morning so we don't have to take it then send it right back?
