    Default appetizers

I was disappointed that no one has answered this yet. We haven't had any appetizers in Disney world, and hadn't realized that till you posted this thread. I will be curious to see what comes out of this!

My vote is for the duck confit at Artist Point. It's 1/4 duck with a duck prosciutto. It is just unbelievable if you like duck. Richer than chicken and juicy. Loved every bite of it!

Oh! Heavens there are so many.

Ones that I remember are Le Celliar ( Beef steak Tomato Stack )

    Capt'n Jacks ( Shrimp Cocktail )

California Grill ( Fresh green salad )

This is making me hungry just thinking about it.

I have just 39 days until I can enjoy all of the tastes again. Thanks for jogging my memory.

California Grill's Sonoma goat cheese ravioli, with sun-dried tomato nectar, shiitake and basil is far and above the best for me. But the Spicy Sushi and the cheese plate at California Grill are a close second and third.

Crab cakes at The Turf Club at SSR.

Not sure if it's offered anymore, but "way back when..." at The Coraf Reef at Epcot they offered a wonderful BBQ Shrimp appetizer. SO GOOD!

The crab cakes at Fulton's crabhouse were to die for, best I've had anywhere. Unfortunatley, the rest of our meal was just alright. Nothing to write home about.

The Tavern Cheese at Liberty Tree Tavern. It's three different types of cheese fried - not healthy, but really yummy!

The Mediterranean dip appetizer at Spoodles is my favorite. It's a few different dips (hummas, feta cheese dip, baba ganoush, chermoula) olives and warm pita bread...mmmmm

The barbecue chicken flatbread at Jiko (big enough to share), pear & endive salad at Narcoossee's, Kona salad at Kona Cafe, and lobster bisque at Yachtsman Steakhouse are some of our favorite starters.
