Year of a Million Dreams address?

I thought I would try mailing in a postcard just for the fun of it. In looking over the rules I see a P.O. Box address but it doesn't say anything about who to address it to. It does specify 2008 Dream Giveaway if you are from the UK. I am not.

So can any of you tell me if I simply put the PO box on it or do I address it to Year of a Million Dreams, 2008 Dream Giveaway or what? I want to follow the rules. Thanks. If I win I'll let you know.
