Crowds at MK during EMH in December??

I know the guidebooks say to avoid the parks during extra magic hours becaues they get much more crowded. Well, I"m kinda committed to the Magic Kingdom on Dec. 11 because we're having lunch at CIndy's... and I just found out that's when they're doing EMH morning hour. Do you think it'll be much busier, or since it is early December do you think it'll still be okay? To further complicate it, the Unofficial Guide says Thursdays are ALWAYS busy at the MK, but I can't imagine why THAT would make a difference!

I've notice the guidebooks tend to be off a good bit about crowd patterns. The patterns seem to have shifted a good bit in recent years.

However, during our early December trips I've noticed MK is definitely more crowded on EMH days. The other parks it doesn't make quite as big of a difference, but with MK it does.

in dec morning emh is not as bad as evening emh... evening emh is a lot more crowded... waits can still be up to an hour but in the morning be about 20min
