Default Isn't this the most pathetic thing you have ever seen?

Someone (Jack the Pirate Puppy) got an owie on his tummy by his back leg. He has to wear a cone to keep him from licking it. He also has to take an antibiotic for two weeks and he can't run, swim, or play rough.

    He is embarrassed:

Begging me to take the cone off:

I hope no one sees me!

    I give up!

My sister is laughing at me:

Hehe .. poor pup! Ive had a cat and a dog have to wear those cones and they do seem to be super embarrassed by them then relent to a defeatist attitude! The most pitiful part when my dog, Sasha, had to wear one was when she would go up the stairs she couldnt figure out she needed to lift her head a little higher - the cone would hit each step to the point that she thought she couldnt move usually half way up the stairs, shed whine and we'd have to come escort her holding the cone up for her. LOL

Heres to a quick recovery so Jack can get back to his doggie fun and his sister will quit laughing at him!

wow you puppys take great photos hehe

my one dog lucky that passed away just a few years ago broke her back leg and was in a case and it wouldn't heal right and they had to re break it. she was able to keep her leg but always walked on that leg sideways, it was always funny to watch.

Poor pup! He seems to be doing well with it though. My pup had one but she just couldn't wear it. She couldn't seem to get the concept that she had to keep her head up and couldn't walk anywhere because she kept catching the front edge on the ground. She's a small dog so we ended up using pull-ups and a baby onesie to keep her from biting at her wound (surgery on a lump on her back). It worked well for her but wouldn't work on such a big dog as Jack! Cute dogs!
