Default What to do on Honeymoon?

I am helping some friends plan their honeymoon to Disney World. What are some nice, romantic or fun things for them to do? They are staying off-property

Too bad they are not staying on property. We really enjoyed a fireworks cruise for Wishes. It was just the two of us and the boat driver. They picked us up at our resort, had snackes for us, sailed us around the lakes were we learned some interesting facts about the MK and it's resorts. We watched Wishes from right in front of the MK, then saw the water parade on our way back to our resort. It was a nice time, and it was a nice way to start our honeymoon. It was around $200, but it was a special experince for us

Will they have a car? There is a wonderful restaurant at a Univeral resort called Mama Della's. Very cozy restaurant with strolling musicians. It would be perfect for a honeymoon. It's at the Portofino Bay resort.

Carriage ride at POR is really nice. You can take a bottle of champagne or wine with you. I think it is $35.

get the bride and groom hats as soon as they arrive at their first park - *wear them*....it was wonderful to hear random congrats over and over throughout our stay. also, we got to ride every boat ride by ourselves, and had the CM wish us Bon voyage....giggles.. (was really fun at Pirates, the CM had everyone wave at us while we were sailing off!)

Things that I enjoyed the MOST on my "disneymoon" were:
    1. The segway tour
    2. Renting surrey bikes at the Boardwalk
    3. The hoop-de-doo revue when you have to do the "anniversary" dance I think? It was cute!

I'm sorry, but I had to laugh when I first saw the post..it does sound a little..unusual.
