Wil l there be a list available in the parks of character appearances? Or is it just bing in the right place at the right time?

Does the Pal Mickey announce character meet and greets?

Some of the character locations are listed on the Times Guide, but not all of them. If you are looking for a specific character (and they aren't listed), have either Guest Relations or a merchandise area with a phone call to see if they are out.

A good place to meet some moderately rare villains are at the Magic of Disney Animation Building at 4:30. That meet and greet usually runs till 5. Although, now I've heard that on days without Fantasmic they especially make sure that Villains are out and about greeting in MG-(sorry) Hollywood Studios

So if I don't want to miss a minute with the villans what time should I go to Magic of Disney Animation? Alos are the signing or just taking pictures?

Not necessarily. The Evil Queen signed an autograph for me!

A good time to hit them is at 4:30. They come out of the door in the center of the back of the game room. There is no announcement as to their appearance, so be on the lookout. Also, if you, and this sound truly "brutish", rush them, they might do fun things with you. I ran and met Jafar, the Evil Queen, and Foulfellow at once and they pulled me aside and played the "Which Disney Character Are You Most Like?" game with me! I turned out to be Jafar and all the Villains applauded me! Then, I went to meet the Queen of Hearts and the Tweedle Brothers, where the Queen attempted to chop off their heads!

Not if they are in a group. I've been to the Fant set more times then I can count, and everytime they were in a group it was picture only.

not to be a pain, but I have gotten the autographs from the large villain groups at the Fantasmic Meet and Greet several (more than five) times, and been told no only once.

Yet, one time I went I got the Snow Queen's autogrpah and the next time I went oddly Cruella was there and she wouldn't sign! So, i think it's just like every other character meet and greet.... Hit or Miss

sorry to be off topic here, but I am trying to catch up... MGM's parade is canceled? What about some of the other parades?

I was wanting to do a Villain Theme

for our next trip and so this thread is very helpful.

Yes the Stars and Motorcars parade at DHS has been replaced by the Pixar Block Party Bash which contains no Villains. The MK parade is not called the Celebrate a Dream come True Parade and has gone through some minor changes including the cutting of the Villains unit. As of now no Villains are featured in any of the WDW parades!

Oh, now I'm sad...no villains. I guess that makes finding them throughout the parks even more of a challenge then
