Good idea for a topic of discussion!

My vote is: The Glenn Miller Orchestra or the Lawerence Welk Show!

You were close with Lawrence Welk, but not quite right.

How about Walter Ostanek and his all Polka Accordion Band (Grammy Award Winner many times over)

Gives new meaning to "Roll Out the Barrell - turn". Of course, we would have to change the US 101 to the QEW and the Garden City Skyway bridge, and that big donut to a Tim Horton's doughnut and a large Double-Double.
Officially too many trips to list here!

    Whahahahaha! How about....
Britney Spears? Of course, then the limo would veer off course, hit stuff, and then beat itself up with an umbrella.

    Yoko Ono!

It would make my ears bleed and I would try and force the limo off track and into the nearest brick wall to end the pain!!

    Or how about:

    Helen Reddy
    Captain and Tenille
    Anne Murray
    Englebert Humperdink
("After the riding, I'm still in love with you!!")

OMG- hahahaha! That WOULD be torture in its lowest form! How about Donnie and Marie Osmond? "I'm a little bit country, I'm a little bit Rock n' Rollllll....er coaster."

They should seriously set a day out of the week aside to play really BAD music on RNRC. That would be hilarious!

    Pretty much any country music...
    Leo Sayer......
    Cat Stevens.....
    Art Garfunkel.....

I actually like those artists, but you have to have some good rock n roll to get your blood pumping on this ride.

    Love the topic.

Some people have mentioned Flock of Seagulls as a bad choice. I’m a big 80’s new wave fan , so I’d probably actually enjoy that one.

On that vain I’d say one I’d really like to see is…Rock n’ Roller Coaster starting Depeche Mode!!! I’d be the first person in line on opening day!

As for those I wouldn’t want to see…

Rock n’ Roller Coaster staring Ratt (or really any “hair band”)
Rock n’ Roller Coaster staring Bobby McFarrin (I like him, but just isn't right for a Coaster)
Rock n’ Roller Coaster starting American Idol (you could be criticized at the end for not riding well enough and told you aren’t coaster material)

    and finally…

Country Western Swoop n’ Swirl Staring Hank Williams
