We have a 3-page packing this that we've been refining over many trips. In the spirit of your "most unique" topic, here are a few of the stranger ones.
Cable to connect your digital camera to a TV. Many of the Disney resort hotels have A/V connections. We discovered this on an early trip when we regretted not being able to watch the slideshow in the room each night because we hadn't packed all the cables that go with the camera.
A pack of Post-It notes to keep in the in-park backpack. Place them over the electric eye in the toilets to prevent a pre-mature flush that splashes up on you while you're still sitting down. (Especially good for little kids.)
A britta pitcher. Great for refilling water bottles to take into the park. Much more economical than paying for bottled water if you have room to fit it into your luggage.
