2 bedroom in Dec.

My family and I, (7 people) will be at Disney at the beginning of December in 2008. We are DVC members and SSR is our home. Is it critical to book a two bedroom at the eleven month window? How quickly do they fill up that time of year? Thanks.

I actually read somewhere that 2 bed-rooms were one of the last ones to fill. I believe that the order went something like this
1. studios
2. Grand Villas
3. 2 bedroom
4. 1 bedroom

Not positive that numbers 3 and 4 aren't in reverse order, but I'm sure the other 2 are correct. I found this to be quite interesting as far as how they fill. I still would not wait too long before booking. The sooner you book the better your chances.

The beginning of December is probably THE most popular time for DVC members to visit.
If it were me, I would call right at 11 months to be sure.
SSR is the largest DVC resort, so I would expect you should be fine. But I don't see any reason to delay making your arrrangements if you know you are going.
