I saw a some costumes on clearance at the Disney Outlet store in Grapevine Mills around Irving Texas this week. Not sure about that size Minnie though...

I just checked and disneyshopping.com does have them in stock. not sure about your price range the dress is on sale for 29.99 and the ears and gloves set is sold seperately and same with the shoes. the shoes are 8.99 and i am not sure about the ears and gloves set . I hope this helps when you log on look for a discount code you may be able to get it cheaper.

Amazon.com has a 4-6x for $23.49. It includes headband with ears, dress, and sash. Also, Target has 4-6 (do not know but says for toddler) (check sizing chart) for $24.99 (with ears and cameo). Sometimes Amazon says they have it when you order but then send you an email and say it is backordered. Target is good about what they have and say when it is out-of-stock
