It's official! Now that we have the date and time set, let's talk activities. Last meet we had a Yankee Swap and a trivia contest. I'd be glad to put it together if y'all are interested. See next message for details on Yankee Swap.

When we get closer to the date of the meet I'll be in touch with everyone --- make sure everyone is coming, knows where to go, has my cell #...

Details on Yankee Swap:

Everyone brings a wrapped, under-$5 Disney themed item. Everyone draws a number out of a bag and then chooses a present in number order. If you like what you've chosen, you keep it. Otherwise you can take something from someone else and trade what you opened. At the end the first person to unwrap gets their choice of all the presents.

Hi kids,

The date of the meet is approaching quickly! I called the Cheesecake Factory today. As you cannot make reservations, I wanted to find out what the typical wait for a table would be on a Saturday afternoon. The girl said it would be between 1-1.5 hrs. So what I think I will do is get there around 12 noon, put my name on the list, and assume it's going to take an hour to get the table. We'll still meet at 1pm.

I would like to know for sure who's coming (and if you are bringing spouses, etc.) so I have a final count. I will be emailing/PMing everyone this weekend for info. We've got tons o' fun planned -- Minnie Mommie's trivia, Yankee Swap, pin trading, and a photo quiz. Oh, and of course, awesome food and people who will talk Disney for hours.

Yeah, we're doing the Yankee Swap again. Minnie Mommie is doing a trivia contest and I might do a photo quiz like the one from your meet. (this is IF I can find time to do it...)

Due to some unexpected monetary issues and also because I am ill (bad week) I will not be able to come on Sat! I am so sorry. I was hoping to see all of you from the Feb meet.
