Special Holiday Addition for Illuminations? [Merged Threads]

I'm sorry if this has already been discussed - I didn't see it anywhere recently.

Last year, there was a special addition to Illuminations for the holidays. It was a message of peace added to the end and was really beautiful. We will be at WDW starting Monday and I was really hoping that would be a part of Illuminations again. Anyone know?

It's still magical no matter what - this would just be the icing on the cake

The Holiday tag "Let there be Peace on Earth" will return this year

It reall is amazing how many fireworks they use just for that segment

Yes, it is mind boggling how many fireworks they go through. I heard somewhere that Illuminations alone is like $50,000 a show or something like that?? After seeing WDW fireworks, all others are pale in comparison

Please, please, please...Tell me they will have this until Jan. 6th. I love Illuminations and have never seen the holiday ending. Please tell me I won't miss is.

I, too, am looking forward to seeing the special "Peace on Earth" ending to Illuminations. It is fantastic and quite moving.

We were just there on Friday 11/23/07...and they did the extra Holiday "Let there be Peace on Earth".....it was AWESOME!!!

Hello everyone - I heard a Podcast talking about a "Holiday Tag" at the end of Illuminations that's a special 7:00 fireworks segment. Can anyone confirm/deny this?

I'm here right now, and yes, they're doing it again, and it's as spectactular as it was last year. An incredible ending.

But it's not a 7:00 segment, it's added on to the end of Illuminations at 9:00 (or 9:30, I lose track of time while I'm here).
