Disney Package Offer for 1/1-3/15/08

We called this morning and will save $500 dollars. We also got our P&PP tickets for January 29th. And we paid $34 dollars instead of $46!

How did you get your P&PP tickets already?? have the dates come out yet??? I want to get tickets if they have it when Ii'm there from 1/6-1/13. It would be so much fun. I'm calling my travel agent tomorow to get the discount included. Can't wait, the more money I save on the trip, the more I can spend on souvenirs!!

I receieved this notice in an email and did not see the date that is listed here. In my email it says that it is valid most nights 01/17/08-1/17/08 and 1/21/08-2/13/08. We are planning on going later in March, around Easter, getting there on either the 21 or 22. Any chance of any deals during that time?

I haven't seen anything offically released about the Pirate and Princess Party, but when i called my travel agent yesterday about the free parkhopper promo i also asked if she heard about tickets for the P&PP. She told me that they were released that day and she gave me the dates for my trip.

As a Disney Visa card member I had to book the trip as soon as I saw it. I'll be there January 6th.

MJ website says 385 per adult, 231 per junior, and 192 per child (4 night 5 day). That should total $808 right? Why does WDW website say it totals $1018.17?

OK so I'm confused! My MJ agent sent me an email with a new "total" for the trip and I'm saving less than $100 It doesn't mention any "extras" either - like waterpark/more or upgrades. The park hopper alone for 4 people for 7 days should total more than $100, shouldn't it??

We are staying at the Wilderness with dining - anyone with experience have any thoughths on this???

It is based on 2 adults.

The passes themselves are not free, the add ons are. So you still pay for your base tickets, but the $45 per person add on cost for the hopping feature and the $50 cost for the Fun and More is deducted. (you may not had had all these features before but you will now)

If you email your agent, she will help clear it up for you.

ok i'm really bummed. i called my travel to get the discount applied to my trip since i'm a visa card holder and she said there was nothing avaiable at the pop century. i'm mad, cuz how could all the discounts be out already?? does this make sense. now i didn't talk to my travel agent cuz she's at disney right now. so when she gets back i'm calling again!! i just want the discount!!

I am all good and set to go in January -- but I have a friend looking at going early in the year and I was wondering if there are "blackout" dates to this discount and if anyone knows when they are to help with her planning purposes.... Thanks!!

Ok so ANOTHER reason MJ (specifically TerriSue!) ROCKS! She saw my post and emailed me before I emailed her - UNBELIEVABLE customer service!!

Turns out it's my own dumb mistake I had the original total wrong and we are saving almost $500

Our travel agent looked into the discount but was told for Jan1-5 at WL that there are no available rooms. Did they run out or where they not available at all?

i'm getting the same response that you are!! how could all the rooms be booked up already with the discount rates?? do they only have like 5 they put out for each hotel?? i just don't get it. oh well. i'm still going and going to have a great time!!!

I originally did not qualify for the disney visa discount (staying at ASMovies), boy, was I bummed. But Karen from MJ kept on trying to get me something, and now I'm saving $100 plus I get the park hopper and water park upgrade!

my friend has off a wk starting Feb 25th.
we both already have APs, 1 being Fl AP.
would it be worth it to try booking the pkg, not using the passes & poss saving them towards a renewal of APs? not sure if the room discount is that good w it. or should i see if any AP rates turn up at that time?
i see that its considered Peak season that time too, which is why im hesitant to go then.
its one of the few times i havent been at WDW, other than Christmas. otherwise ive gone just about all diff times of the year.
