Default Fountain in front of French Pavilion

I read somewhere that if you sit on the bench at the fountain in front of the French Pavilion, something happens. Well, I sat, but nothing happened. I even moved around a bit, still nothing. What did I miss out on?

    You'll get wet maybe?!?!

I've never heard anything about this. Maybe somebody we'll chime in with something.

I usually sit by that fountain and have a couple of glasses of French wine.

After the second glass I often start to see all sorts of crazy stuff.

When I first started to plan our trip, I kept of list of interesting things to do or see other than the standard attractions. I found info all over the internet and in books. All I know is that I quoted from somewhere, "Sit on the bench in front of fountain in France and see what happens." It was probably in a list of things like "Little known things" or "Often overlooked" or some such title.

They may be referring to "The Comical Waiter"....Sorry, I don't recall the french name....I believe you can see the act from the bench. It is fun, particularly if you though ahead, and have an adult beverage with you.

When we were there in September it was the location of a nice night time Photopass location.

Haven't seen too many people with this picture so it may not be all of the time.
