Last Day of a 6 day park hopper ticket question.

I called Disneyland and the most days for a park hopper ticket is 6 days. Didn't they use to sell up to 10 days for a park hopper?

We are coming to Disneyland and staying for more than 6 days, so we purchased a 6 day park hopper ticket and plan to upgrade to an annual pass on the last day as Sept 2 and 3 are blackout dates. On the evening on Sept 3, our last day for the ticket, we can head to the Bank on Main Stree and upgrade to an annual pass without any problems?

They do not offer a 10 day ticket as it's a better deal to get the AP. You can upgrade your 6-day ticket at any time PRIOR to the tickets being no longer valid. So, anytime within the 6 days of usage you can mosey into the Bank on Main Street and get your AP!
