2 Questions about going in Februaury..

I was wondering if there would be any problems with ADR's. I haven't booked yet for Febraury 08 as they haven't released package info, should I/ can I call and set up my ADR's, or is is not too crowded and I can wait until I book. I'm figuring that they will release the calender for Feb 08 in August so I can plan where we go which day. Also does anyone know when year of a million dreams ends and what is supposed to be next, just curiuos what the theme may be in February. As always thanks for any answers!!

Depends on when in February you want to go. If it's near Presidents' Day or after, you'll want ADRs. You probably don't need to do them right at 180 days out, unless you want something like CRT, but you'll want to get them in place sooner rather than later.

I second the advice about ADRs for Presidents' week. Year before last, even the Thursday of that week, we were turned away from two full-service Epcot restaurants because no ADR. Last year we didn't care because we had ADRs, but the weekend after Pres. Day, we saw Guest Relations signs at both MK and Epcot saying that ALL sit-down restaurants were full for dinner - and this was at park opening.

Duh, I should have said when I was going. We'll be there Februaury 2-11th, hoping to leave as the presidents week crowd arrives. I should do ok to wait then until i can book??

Wow! We're going at the same time! We will be there Feb. 3-9. I called yesterday and they said that they are planning for the rates to be out sometime between the middle and end of August. I have 2 rooms at Pop reserved already, but want to change it to the Dining Package. She said that when I do the package in August to do the ADRs as well.

It'll be less crowded early in February. Unless you have a particular restaurant that you HAVE to eat at, you'll probably be fine waiting for awhile to make ADRs. We were able to make ADRs for our February trip last year only a month or two out (but we were relatively flexible with times).
