Default Photopass CD, scrapbook or neither?

We will be in the World two weeks from today. It's the first time for either DW or myself in over 15 years, so a lot of things will be new to us.

We are trying to decide whether to get the photopass CD, the scrapbook, or just use our own pictures and let DW make her own scrapbook. I don't think we can afford to get both, but may consider doing it if our friends, who are meeting us there for a few days, are interested in going in together and splitting the cost and getting two copies.

My question to you experts is what would you recommend? Thanks in advance for your helpful advice.

Alright, I voted for the scrapbook, and I'll tell you why.

On our last trip in Feb, we decided that we were really going to take advantage of the Photo Pass. So, we had pics taken by EVERY PP photog we saw. Took plenty of our own photos as well, and had CM's take our pics with our camera.

Our intention was to get the CD, then we could download those pics and keep them all together with the ones from our camera.

As it turns out we didn't get the CD because there weren't that many grear pics.

However, there were enough pics to do the scrapbook, and what really sold us was that you could upload your own pictures into the book.
We used a bunch of the PhotoPass pics and a buch of our own, including pics from the days at Universal. Made a great souvineer!

We did the cd merely because it was so easy to do at home. We didn't order it until a week or so later and it just came in the mail. There were so many pics it was well worth the $.
    "Hey! That's some destination!"
