Great and hopeful rumours about the wand coming down and Leave a Legacy ending. I hope the legacy tiles that are up are one day moved to a less visable area. Both the wand and the 'tombstones' distract from the beauty of EPCOT's entrance

I hope the new O Canada movie does Canada justice. The old one bored me to tears which was very disappointing for me. I even tried it again because I love the other movies and thought it might've just been a bad day for me the first time... nope.

Well, at least we'll be able to see it after the refurb is done. What are the odds that the rufurb will take longer than they thought, though?

The moment I first saw the "O Canada" film I was kind of irritated because it all it showed was Canada in the winter time. Which only shows me that people are going to continue to believe we only ever have one season in Canada which isn't true. We need a great film highlighting all the beauty of our country and not just mounties and snow! I've only seen mounties up in Alberta !!! lol

    Finally, eh?!!!!!

    A new Canadian film!!!!!

I am so looking forward to seeing this in September. I never thought the old one did us justice, it made us looks like hicks.

I loved seeing the landscape scenes, but there is so much more to Canada.

I think I will miss the song though!

Any chance the new Canada "film" will actually be Digital, maybe even High Def? As a technogeek, who has had HDTV for about 3 years, it really bothers me to watch the grainy, low-def film with the "bouncing" frames. This attraction, like all the others like this desereve a good high quality product. After all, National Geographic broadcasts such content in HD, why can't Disney.

Yikes! I'm glad we ate in the Castle a few years back and that I don't have any little Princesses. I just don't think it's worth those prices!

Yeah, apparently, hob-knobbing with roayalty comes with a hefty price tag now! But, I'm guessing there are still plenty of people who are willing to pay this price, otherwise, they wouldn't be able to ask this much.

We ate at CRT on the dining plan last year, the last night before they changed it to 2 TS. Spoke with one of the wait staff who has been at the castle for 11 years, and in her words, "It hardly seems worth it". The new menu was smaller with fewer choices, yet the price and TS options required were higher. We certainly won't be eating there again any time soon.

Sorry if I seem just a tad cynical or "grumpy", but, it just seems that of late, Disney seems intent on jacking prices up everywhere and in every way possible in order to extract every last dollar available for one's vacation. Tickets (under 4 days at least) have gone thru the roof, dining (menu) options have decreased while prices have gone up, I guess this is part of the price we pay for DME and the descending multi-day ticket discount.

While I'll probably like the Christmas overlay, I feel sorry for the guests who don't visit very often. They will not get to see the castle in its usual state and, instead, might have the crane in their pictures during the 2 months of installation.

The news of the new christmas overlay was exciting till I read when the installation would begin. I don't want a crane in my pics again!!!!! I had that last year during the FDP when they were repainting the Castle after HCOE. But it does give me an excuse to go in Dec to see all the christmas decor.
